EARN IMS is the official mobile application of the Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project, implemented by the Department of Youth Development (DYD) under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Built for authorized project personnel, the app offers a secure, integrated platform to manage field activities, collect data, track progress, and support informed decision-making across 250 upazilas in Bangladesh.
Designed for real-world field conditions, EARN IMS performs reliably even in remote or low-connectivity areas. Its offline data entry, lightweight interface, and optimized synchronization ensure smooth operation regardless of bandwidth limitations.

• Role Based Dashboards — View daily schedules, pending approvals, and essential survey metrics tailored to your operational responsibilities.
• Comprehensive Beneficiary Profiling — Register and validate eligible NEET youth using structured criteria, capturing demographic details, education history, and vocational background with built in validation checks.
• Offline Ready Data Collection — Complete extensive data entry without an active network connection; all records automatically sync to the central database once connectivity is restored.
• Field Visit Planning & Verification — Plan monthly visits, conduct on-site assessments at Village Level Training Centers (VLTCs), and document progress with mandatory GPS coordinates, timestamps, and geo-tagged photos.
• Attendance Tracking — Record trainer and trainee attendance with photo documentation and biometric verification to maintain classroom integrity.
• Built in Support & Directory — Access the official project contact directory for quick coordination or consult the integrated FAQ and AI assistance module for immediate guidance.
• Robust Security Controls — Protected by Single Sign-On (SSO), device-level authentication, and granular access controls aligned with national digital security standards.
