I never imagined that an app could be so terribly. I had a Very Bad Experience with This App. I have been scanning my face repeatedly to download my NID card, and although it shows 'OK' when completed, my NID card is not coming through. That's why I'm giving this app a zero. I have to admit that I suffer from using smart technology. I humble request to fix this app. Thank you.

Worst App Experience Ever! I have never used such a terrible app in my life. Even after trying multiple times, I couldn’t verify my NID. The app shows that everything is fine, but the website does not respond at all. I have tried more than 10 times, yet I still couldn’t complete my task. This app is completely unreliable and a waste of time!

The previous version of the NID Wallet app was much simpler and more user-friendly. However, after the recent update, the face verification process requires multiple attempts, yet it often fails to verify correctly. This has made the NID download process more complicated for the general public. We kindly request either to bring back the previous user-friendly version or to resolve this issue and make the app more reliable and easy to use. We hope this problem will be resolved soon
