Ratings and reviews

They won't help to get your money back... I was subscribed for few years...!!! But in time of need, they started showing High Court and Judge Court. Applied for Hospital Stay Bill, submitted through app also. Still they have lots of procedures... At last they offered to visit their office...!!! Wow. I've unsubscribed for their poor service & fraud type mentality. They have broken my trust totally. Better if you don't waste your money here. As you won't get them in need. Thanks.

I was scammed into signing up for this service. I don't know if the volunteers are instructed to do so or they do it out of their own accord, but the 2 people who got me to sign-up did not provide correct information. They insisted that the monthly subscription will not be cut automatically, which was a lie that I later realised. I was signed up for the Family account even though I had informed them I am unmarried. They did not inform me that there are different kinds of accounts.

Good app. Their customer support is very active and I think it's a big plus point. However I wish they had a more intuitive and informative FAQ section where user can get the list of affiliated hospitals, details about the claiming procedures, etc. along with the overview section.
