The KOGA App aims to make communication with our parents even better and easier.
The KOGA App consists of 8 different parts:
- Invoices: View and pay unpaid invoices, you can also receive a notification when a new invoice is ready for you.
- Messaging: Chat with the employees of the group your child is in. This is free for all parents.
- Daily reports: Daily reports come automatically into the app every day. You can choose to be notified when these are available and view them in detail.
- Agenda: Here you can see all the information about the daycare. From KOGA Academy events to closing days, parents' evenings, school holidays, ...
- News: Here you get all the news from the shelter. You can read the quick info messages here, but also the latest blog posts (newsletters).
- Documents: Here you see an overview of your applications and documents. You can also track the status of these requests (Approved, Rejected, or Waiting). You can also submit new requests at the bottom right (Leave request or Extra day care) and submit a medication certificate.
- Grace days: Here you will find an overview per child of the used and remaining grace days, as well as the days taken outside the basket.
- Settings: Here you manage the notifications you receive from the App. Would you rather not receive notifications of new daily reports, events, invoices, etc? Then you can turn it on or off here.
