Overall pretty pleased on how the app works if I am able to log in. Since the new terms of agreement I couldn't log in through the app. (After Ok I got it, the app threw a login error) Had to work around it by agreeing to the terms of service using the website.

Update 2023: Still doesn't work... (same issue, get redirected to a blank page) (original review from 2022: AG Health opens a browser which opens itsme which redirects me to the browser which then opens the AG Health app where everything is empty but the toolbar... perhaps implement custom tabs.)

Just send us an e-mail (agsupport@aginsurance.be) including your phone number. You can also try to change your default browser, or to login via sms instead of itsme.

I'm in a hospital right now, and my employer had told me to use this app when that happens, and the app won't let me in because it thinks my phone number is invalid, and there is no information on where to get help

Dear, We are very sorry to hear that you’ve had troubles opening the app. You have 30 days to report your hospitalisation. In Belgium you can contact us on Monday starting from 9 am at +32 (0)2 664 19 80. If you are hospitalised outside of Belgium, report your admission to our assistance provider within 24 hours at +32 (0)2 664 01 70.
