. The design and layout is very easy to use. New payment plan boasts 15€ and can configure mins and data, except this doesn't work: The next screen gives option to conform change to base15 bit no config option, so I didn't change plan.
Worked once, now keeps saying. "We can't find this account". My first month with Base and they sent me a text claiming I was over my monthly limit (even though I now have 5x more than last month with Proximus and then I never ever went over my limit).
Easy tool to pay invoices, follow up bill amount etc. but new version (1.10.1 September 2017) has a bug. I updated the app and it still asked to update every time I tried to run it. Eventually I managed to get it work but now it does not recognize my account and fails to log in via mobile Internet. Can't use it! LG V10 Dual SIM, Android 7.0.
Doesn't actually keep track of data properly. Had to pay 400 Euros overage after it said I only used 13GB of data. Company claimed I used 30GB. That's after I switched my plan to double my data. Still had to pay it.
If you are a heavy traveller count on the inability of this app to inform you in real time about your data usage and get prepared for insane bills upon return (in hundreds of Euro).
