Fraudulent app, Fraudulent practices by BASE. The credit on my prepaid sim always disappears mysteriously one day before the expiration date without having used it completely. Also as of recently whenever I try to recharge it from my bank app, it takes the money from my account and never posts any credit. The app crashes right after the money is taken from my account. When I contacted Base customer service, they treated me like I was an idiot. They take your money and give you nothing baxk.

It used to be fine but since the latest update, I can't connect anymore. Not allowing me to enter a password, straight trying to look up mobile data and telling me it can't connect anymore. Can't recharge, can't buy, can't do anything. Which means I've lost 15€ which expired because I couldn't connect on the road to buy an internet package. I'm seriously pissed and consider moving to another provider.

Current Review: Tech support fixed the issue in less than 24 hours. I guess I complained too soon. The My Base app works great again. I am very happy about that because the app is so handy. Thanks! Former review: It no longer works. Will not let me log in. It used to work perfectly. Now nothing. I uninstalled it then reinstalled. It still refuses to let me log in. I even tried the password change. No effect.

New in this version:
More insightful usage view: you not only see how much you have used, but also how much you have left.
As a Prepaid customer, we show the bonuses you receive with each top-up and how much is left in them.
Internet customers can check the speed of their internet connection thanks to our speed test.
You can also change the language of the app via 'Account' (choice between English, Dutch and French).
