BITS (Belgian Incident Tracking System) is a digital registration system used in collective emergencies for the collection, processing and dissemination of personal data of victims, relatives and searched for persons in a secure way. It is used by all emergency services that are called upon within Discipline 2 (medical, psychosocial and sanitary assistance). The programme is only accessible to registered users who have obtained access via the Belgian Federal Public Service for Public Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment.

When you open a file via the eye icon in a list, the file screen now appears in the app. Previously, the file was opened in the web version of BITS. The content and functionality of the file screen remain the same.
The button to refresh the local list is now located at the top right of the app, instead of at the bottom right.
