About this app

BM Invoicing is the invoicing app designed for freelancers, SMEs, and accounting firms in Belgium. It extends your BM Invoicing account to your phone: everything you do in the app is immediately visible on the web and to your accountant.

INVOICES AND QUOTES
• Create and send your invoices, quotes, and credit notes in seconds.

• Legal numbering, Belgian VAT rates, structured communication (GMO +++/+++), and payment QR codes.

Send via email or the Peppol network, with payment tracking and reminders.

AI-SCANNED PURCHASES
• Take a picture of a supplier invoice or receipt: amounts, VAT, supplier, and communication are automatically read.

• The document is filed and ready for your accountant.

BANKING AND CASH MANAGEMENT
• Connect your accounts or import your statements: the assistant matches each transaction with the correct invoice.

• Real-time sales figures, receivables, and VAT balance.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CALENDAR
• Clients and suppliers, with a profile completed using their VAT or BCE number.

• Appointments, deadlines, and tasks shared with your accounting firm.

FOR ACCOUNTING FIRMS

A BM Invoicing account is required. A 14-day free trial can be created at bminvoicing.be. Your data is hosted in Europe and processed in accordance with the GDPR.
