The app used to be very useful as I live overseas and can send postcards to my family. Although that has changed dramatically! The text size changes through me writing mid-sentence to small. Very disappointing and frustrating. Especially as my family are all getting on in age and cannot decipher the small font. Neither can I for that matter. It doesn't even desrve a one star, get it sorted Bpost!

Good but not to the end. Setting up the postal card, pictures and so on works perfectly. But what a hell when it is time to pay. 9 syntax errors (problem with a traceback?), and finally when payment page is loaded : logos of the options to pay disappear. The payment step should be easy to use, modern, fast and ibspire trust and it is none of them. Too bad, 4he idea of the app is good though.

Excellent thought, sending a postcard with own picture but make sure to have all addressees included from the start. Even within the max limit of days mentioned on the website, re-sending the same card to a different addressee does not work "sorry a technical issue, try again later" 5 days in a row.... True shame. Did not expect this to be a very unusual request....
