Avoid this "bank" at all cost. In the app the only thing you can do is look at your account, other than that it can't even perform the most basic functions. Should you have any questions: it is impossible to contact them. If you fill in the online form, you receive no reaction whatsoever. If you call them, they keep you at the line waiting literally and exactly for an hour then someone picks up for a split second then hungs up on you immediately without saying a word. Utter disgrace.

I can't open my App since last week, it keeps giving me an option to enter my contact number, date of birth and postal code. Then I'm supposed to receive an sms which I never receive, so many times I keep repeating even unstalling and reinstalling the app. I called the help center and the person said the technical support will look into it, and said he created numbe. More than a week nothing resolved. When I call they are quick to cut you off, it's really frustrating dealing with rude people.

I hope, I don't have to contact customer service. They are rude even in email. I understand they are obliged to use either French or Dutch (No German), but what I don't understand is how can they force me to even ask my question in those languages. Seems just another excuse to not provide service. Of course you can respond in Dutch, but do you even have the intention to answer? FYI, I am free to ask the question in English and you are allowed to answer in Dutch.
