About this app

HomiApp is a professional app for move-in, move-out and shared-flat property inventories, on iPad, iPhone and Android. Since 2020, HomiApp has supported property experts, agencies and managers all across Belgium.

TAKE A PHOTO, THE FINDING WRITES ITSELF
• The AI recognises a door, a countertop or a radiator and completes the description: materials, finishes, colours.
• Scratches, chips, wear marks: every defect is described in professional vocabulary. Every text remains editable.
• Meters are read by the camera: zero copy errors.

SPEAK, AND IT IS WRITTEN
• Built-in dictation transcribes your observations in the right place.

• Works fully offline, automatic sync as soon as the network is back.

• Partial check-out for shared flats: only the bedroom and bathroom of the flatmate who leaves.

SIMPLE PRICING
• No subscription: 1 token = 1 inventory, tokens never expire.
• Same price for 1 or 10 team members.
