About this app

With the Crelan Mobile application you can carry out your banking transactions easily and securely. Anytime and anywhere, at home or elsewhere, even abroad. The app is more user-friendly than ever. And completely free.

Download it and register (you must be a Crelan customer for this). You then log in and sign your transactions securely with the PIN code of your choice, facial recognition or your fingerprint.

The modern look of the application reflects Crelan's new visual identity and offers you a dashboard with all accounts of which you are the owner, co-owner or power of attorney. You can choose your favorite accounts and decide not to display others.

You can navigate between your debit and credit cards. You can open an account from A to Z and submit an application for a new debit card, linked to an account of your choice.

In this version of the app, several new interesting features appear such as zoomit, displaying the statement of expenditure of your credit cards, managing the parameters and limits of your debit card, adding your accounts with another bank, making an appointment with your agent , international transfers and in foreign currencies and finally instant payments.

A floating 'action' button gives you faster access to certain functionalities such as Crelan Sign, making a transfer or Payconiq.
The app also makes it possible
- consult your loans and investments,
- consult and download your documents (such as the tax certificate for your mortgage loan).

Ratings and reviews

I thought the axa app was bad, but this is a whole other level. Migration to crelan finally succeeded after a lot of error messages, but basic functionality like money transfers doesn't work half of the time, throwing 'temporarily unavailable' errors. If transfers do go through you are forced to sign with a card reader, because itsme is not supported like it was with axa

Apart from the more modern interface, the app had many initial difficulties after the transition from AXA. Most of them have been fixed and it is apparent that Crelan puts effort into making the app more modern by introducing features regularly (e.g. itsme & Payconiq integration, instant transfers within Europe, etc.). However, the app occasionally has bugs, is not available in English or German, and lacks features such as notifications for incoming transactions or budget planning.

Keeps crashing without any reason with a generic "maintenance" message that is not helping you understand anything that's going on and that forces you to relog again and again. Just have to swith app, come back and boom you are kicked out. + The obvious lack of features where you have to call someone on the phone (when they answer) for any kind of uncommon demands... Unlike the services offered by kbc for instance.

In deze versie van de app kunt u nog meer documenten voor transacties die werden uitgevoerd bij uw agent, ondertekenen via e-signing. Die documenten hoeven dus niet meer afgedrukt te worden, waardoor we samen ons papierverbruik kunnen verminderen.
Deze versie bevat ook functionele optimalisaties en nieuwe maatregelen om fraude tegen te gaan.
