About this app

Fivo Kitchen is the Kitchen Display System for Android tablets.

It displays orders sent via Fivo in real time, allowing the kitchen staff to process them seamlessly.

Main Features

• Real-time queue of orders (food/drinks) with a counter at the front desk.

• Preparation status: To do → In progress → Ready.

• Order details: quantities, options, notes (and allergies if specified).

• Stations: display only your station (Kitchen, Bar, Desserts, etc.) and lock the station to prevent errors.

• Confirmation: mark “Ready” from the tablet → the server is notified on their Wear OS watch (Fivo Watch).

• Tablet-optimized interface: landscape mode, large buttons, readable while serving.

Settings

• Restaurant: enter the restaurant ID (provided by the Fivo administrator) to connect the establishment.

• Station: Select and then lock the station associated with the screen.

• Sounds & alerts: Enable local notifications for new tickets.

Prerequisites

• Recent Android tablet and stable network connection.

• Restaurant ID and Fivo account provided by the establishment.

• Data encrypted in transit.

Fivo Kitchen centralizes orders, reduces wait times, and streamlines communication between the kitchen and the dining room.
