About this app

FleetHub is fleet management for companies whose vehicles are shared between colleagues.

Booking
Pick a time slot and see straight away which vehicles are free. No double bookings, and no key board that nobody can make sense of any more.

Approvals
Requests land with the administrator, with the reason and the route attached. An approval or a rejection goes out to the requester by e-mail automatically.

Damage reports
Mark on a diagram of the vehicle where the damage is, add photos and report it on the spot. The administrator sees the overview and closes off what has been repaired.

Fleet
Every vehicle with its status, mileage and documents - insurance, inspection, servicing - with a warning before anything expires.

Mileage
On returning the vehicle the driver enters the odometer reading. That keeps the distance driven per vehicle and per trip up to date by itself.

For your whole team
Invite colleagues by e-mail or through a Microsoft sign-in. Administrators see everything, employees see their own trips. Available in Dutch, French and English.

What’s new

Notifications. The app can now alert you as soon as your request is approved or rejected, and administrators are notified when a new request comes in. Turning them on is up to you.
