About this app

The modular structure allows the use of 1 app for both wasp control, intervention follow-up and storm management. In addition, the app serves as a vehicle device for status changes and track & trace. By using geofencing, the app automatically changes the status of the vehicle.

The intervention module brings together all intervention information: NC112 data, vehicles, persons, digital intervention plans... enhanced with an interactive map. The map contains a configurable list of map layers (satellite, hydrants...) and also serves as a communication tool through the built-in drawing module that shares real-time interactions with the other intervention tablets. For your convenience map layers are automatically activated based on the type of intervention. The chat function allows mutual communication and photo sharing, also with dispatching. This reduces radio communication.

The extreme weather functionality combines the intelligent route engine from the wasp module with a scouting screen. This allows you to send out a scout to enrich the received requests with additional data (e.g. sandbags or ladder needed). The scout can assign each intervention to a team or leave it on hold. The teams complete the interventions autonomously.
