About this app

Archy is the workspace for project tracking in construction. Architects and construction teams keep track of everything happening on a project in one place, instead of scattered across emails, messages, and Excel spreadsheets.

WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH ARCY?

• Manage projects clearly
Create projects, track their status, and keep files, appointments, and schedules together.

• Record findings on the construction site
Note comments, add photos, and save a voice recording so that nothing is lost after the site visit.

• Track decisions
Record what was decided, by whom, and when, so that the entire team and the client have the same information.

• Tasks and scheduling
Distribute tasks, track them, and synchronize your schedule with Google Calendar.

• Client portal for clients
Let clients track progress without endless email chains. They only see what you share with them. • Project communication via email
Recipients who do not want an account will still stay informed of the most important project updates.

• Optional AI features
Have voice recordings converted into text and ask the project assistant for help. You always check the result.
