5. Pick up your vehicle 24/7 and unlock it with your digital key.
6. Start the vehicle with the start/stop button or the key in the glove compartment.
7. Refuel the vehicle and return it clean to avoid extra charges.
8. Simply pay in the app and receive your invoice immediately after.

The service what they provide was flowless, and i would give 5stars for the service, but this app... My god.. even registering myself was difficult. I had to contact with support (was solved relatively quick). And the app has several other problems. Their service was really good, however it's not the cheapest company in the area, I expected a better functioning app

DO NOT USE THIS APP. DO NOT USE DOCKX. The app DOES NOT WORK in all situations. Firstly the registration process is a difficult one, with the app being unable to cope with a standard Belgian drivers license without help from customer service. Secondly, if your phone is in English, it displays everything in dollars, yet the amounts are in Euros. Not very smart. Finally though on the day of the rental, you will be left high and dry with no way to get into the van, and customer service is absolutely useless - they were left gasping for air like a fish out of water, incapable of even offering a solution. They cannot help you unlock the van. We sat on the phone with them for an hour trying to "debug" their app, in the cold and the rain, only to end the evening with no van and absolutely destroying out plans. Now Dockx claim the app works perfectly, and are arguing with us about our phone not being compatible (It's a Nexus 3 running the latest Android - I'd rather think these idiots don't know how to test their app). THIS APP IS **NOT** BULLETPROOF AND YOU WILL RISK MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP - THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY YOUR RENTAL WILL NOT GO AS PLANNED.

What an utter disaster. Cannot accept a residence permit as the ID, as if it's not my only legal form of identification. The terms and conditions you need to agree to is simply a blank page with no text. Get someone that understands UX to builds your apps, this is bordering on discrimination.
