Ratings and reviews

The app lacks basic functionality. For example, when you tap on a transaction, it shows your own account number but not the one you transferred from or to. Also, it's hard to get a good overview because downloads are limited to 3 months. That's for starters.

[Edit 07/26: App is way faster now, changed my score from 1 to 3, if it stays, it'll go up more. Thank you] My screen times out while waiting for the app to open. This must be the slowest app in the store, and frankly a pure disgrace. Do you still want new customers,or are you actually fading out? Looking at the state of the app these last 8 months at least,I actively discourage Keytrade to anyone. Fix it.

edit 20/08/2026. finally the app starts to be faster and the possibility to use wero is an overdue feature that is finaly here. The app is slow in loading and makes it hard to use. Update app got faster, but loading a lot of things still take 5-8s. on my poco find x9.
