Ratings and reviews

App is very slow, and sometines doesnt even load altogether. When trying to purchase on the stockmarket, it often says Ineed to sign some documents but they are nowhere to be found and clicked to sign at all. What is the point of an app that should specifically allow people to invest when most of the time they can!t due to all sorts of silly obstacles like the one described here (there are more of them)

Registering as new customer is a nightmare! Needed to restart and fill everything in several times: when you say you receive money from outside EU, later on you get a question why you receive or transfer 5x per month to/from EU?!? When you try to download the PDFs of all terms & conditions, it jumps to your browser and when you return to the app, you have to restart the registration all over again And finally when you sign the contract and hit the button to return to the app, it doesn't return.

the app sucks. it's slow, extremely slow, not acceptably slow. logging in takes about 2 minutes now. it became even more expensive; they don't fill the orders at market price but wait to create a spread and then execute. conclusion: will move my money after 14 years of being a customer previously: 4* good app, expensive compared to others
