My Luminus is an app that provides a quick and clear overview of your energy consumption. If you have a digital meter, you can use the app to track your consumption monthly, weekly, and even daily; in kWh and in euros. Based on this data, you can easily calculate and choose your ideal advance payment amount. My Luminus also bundles all your Luminus documents and customer information in one convenient place.
With the free My Luminus app, you can:
• Save energy by monitoring your consumption. Don't have a digital meter yet? Submit your meter readings regularly for the most accurate reading. Already have a digital meter? My Luminus gives you access to all your digital consumption data for electricity and gas. You can see your daily electricity and/or gas consumption and how much it costs – per day, week, month, or year. You can also closely monitor the injection of your solar panels with My Luminus. All you have to do is give permission to Fluvius. • Calculate and adjust your ideal advance payment based on your meter readings. This way, you avoid a surprise on your annual bill.

• View and download your energy bills.

• Find all the information about your energy contract(s): your rate type, the term and price, the meter reading time, and the (loyalty) discounts you're entitled to. You'll also see which other Luminus services you have activated. Want to change your rate? You can do that in just a few clicks.

• Update your contact details, preferences, and payment method.
• Find the answer to all your questions. We answer all frequently asked questions in the app, or you can easily contact customer service.

• Take advantage of the Extras customer benefits. Quickly access all discounts and offers via the clear overview.

needs support for paying inside app. still have to open up the browser for that. otherwise i would have given 5 stars. and also no english option.

After some attempts by customer service, it's still not possible to track my usage. Some days show up as blanco, and since 2 months I have no usage whatsoever. I have a digital meter for both gas and electricity. Monthly invoices regularly end up in my mailbox in the second half of the month. No idea what's happening in the back end but it looks like a mess.

this apps has no English subtitles it's not friendly apps,not recommend for foreign users now it's 1 month now to update my comments still no English subtitles, lazy staff,

- Je ziet nu in realtime welke tijdzone (piek, dal of superdal) op dit moment voor jou geldt.
- Je kunt ook je energieverbruik per tijdzone bekijken, waardoor je een duidelijker beeld krijgt van wanneer je het meeste verbruikt en je je energieverbruik beter kunt beheren.
