About this app

My Luminus is an app that provides a quick and clear overview of your energy consumption. If you have a digital meter, you can use the app to monitor your consumption per month, week, and even per day; in kWh and in €. You can easily calculate and choose your ideal advance amount based on that information. My Luminus also bundles all your Luminus documents and customer data in one convenient place.
With the free My Luminus app you can:
• Save energy by monitoring your consumption. Don't have a digital meter yet? Submit your meter readings regularly for the most accurate reading. Already have a digital meter? Via My Luminus you get access to all your digital consumption data for electricity and gas. You can see what electricity and/or gas you use every day and how much it costs - per day, week, month or year. You can also closely monitor the injection of your solar panels with My Luminus. All you have to do is give permission to Fluvius.
• Calculate and adjust your ideal advance payment based on your meter readings. This way you avoid a surprise on your annual statement.
• Consult and download your energy invoices.
• Find all information about your energy contract(s): your type of rate, the term and price, the time of the meter reading and the (loyalty) discounts to which you are entitled. You can also see which other Luminus services you have activated. Do you want to change your rate? You can do that too in just a few clicks.
• Adjust your contact details and preferences and payment method.
• Find the answer to all your questions. We answer all the most frequently asked questions in the app, or simply contact customer service.
• Take advantage of the Extras customer benefits. You can quickly use all discounts and offers via the clear overview.

After the last update on 08/04/2024, daily graphic is not showing (per hour) injection anymore although weekly and monthly graphs are still show usage/injection. Until then, it was rather OK. Edit: First, thanks for your swift response. I just did fill in a form as suggested and shared a screenshot in case, needed.

After some attempts by customer service, it's still not possible to track my usage. Some days show up as blanco, and since 2 months I have no usage whatsoever. I have a digital meter for both gas and electricity. Monthly invoices regularly end up in my mailbox in the second half of the month. No idea what's happening in the back end but it looks like a mess.

It is months since it worked normally. Lately, it is completely impossible to even get to the login screen. It keeps spinning and spinning. Useless, unfortunately.
