Useless app when it comes to changing credentials if you're logged out. The AI bot is the only option, if you request to talk to a human, it directs you to the contact form, which at the first field selected, redirects you to the bot again. Useless and frustrating!

New app is slower, and throws more useless deals in your face. Balance is now two stupidly small values at the top. Sign me out of all those 'deals', allow me to just see the balance, that's all this bloatware app should do. Update: also managed to 'forget' login details. How can you possibly ruin a working app you had before????????? Now no longer accepts my valid login. Useless!!

A symbol of the ridiculous tax laws in Belgium. Remember the KBC app (and maybe the apps from other banks) can also show your moninzze balance, but without ads. - Often the app forgets my password, and I have to login again using mfa. It's really inconvenient if this happens when I'm in line at the checkout of a shop. - The animation which plays when opening the app wastes several valuable seconds of my life every time I open it. Is there a way to switch it off?
