Finally, fresh water within reach. **Durlem Vi Connect**, your connected water softener.
With the **My Durlem** app for the Vi Mini–Maxi range, you can:
- See whether your softener is in “softening” or “regeneration” mode
- Check whether your softener is “online” or “offline”
- View the remaining softened water capacity before the next regeneration
- See the volume of water treated since the last regeneration
- Subscribe to a maintenance contract and access after-sales service
- View your softener’s configuration parameters
- Activate vacation mode: this mode allows you to shut down the softener for a set period
- Check if the softener needs salt thanks to two distinct alarms—one works via a disinfection probe, while the other is based on a “degressive” calculation estimating the remaining salt (the second alarm is available starting from software version 00.00.42). Both can be enabled or disabled by the user.
- Receive maintenance reminders via an alarm and schedule a maintenance appointment
- Be alerted in case of a water leak in your plumbing system
- Request notifications in your smartphone’s notification bar and/or by email for alerts
- Contact Durlem to request maintenance or repair service
- Record your plumbing installer’s information
- Add an additional email address for email notifications (e.g., owner–tenant)
- View network signal quality and the name of the network your softener is connected to
- Reset the Wi-Fi network linked to the softener
