Terrible! once again another app that is largely useless unless you already know what you need. The app will neither guide you to purchase a correct ticket, nor does it provide information on Zonal travel. Included maps are just as useless as no photo layer is available to identify locations of bus stops. Travel zones are also not shown. Haha, are you kidding me? "Getting around ... made easy with the TEC App!" I am better off with cash in hand. EASY TO USE IS EASY TO SAY

Unreliable but necessary. Numerous times I've gotten on the bus and shown the loading screen on the app to the driver. Luckily most times I have a few coins. The bus tracking stopped working and access to my previously-bought tickets is cantankerous. The only part of the app that always works is the part where they get your money. Buy MOBIB card and avoid this dumpster fire.

Awful and useless app, has made me get a fine, and made me miss my bus so many times. Often the bus schedule is wrong, so I use Google maps instead. Not reliable at all, as sometimes it will decide to freeze and make it impossible to pay for a ticket, so you, once again, miss your bus. Plus, if you show drivers your issue, instead of helping, they scream at you and make you get off the bus. Which is understandable, but there are other ways to communicate which do not include being rude.
