Terrible! once again another app that is largely useless unless you already know what you need. The app will neither guide you to purchase a correct ticket, nor does it provide information on Zonal travel. Included maps are just as useless as no photo layer is available to identify locations of bus stops. Travel zones are also not shown. Haha, are you kidding me? "Getting around ... made easy with the TEC App!" I am better off with cash in hand. EASY TO USE IS EASY TO SAY

I really like the idea, but the app itself is HORRENDOUS.. I can't connect to my account/log in no matter what I seem to do... not only there but on the OFFICIAL website. this makes it genuinely impossible to restore my subscription.

The timing is always off, impossible to trust the ETA, it's basically a different view of a static schedule, useless for real time. EDIT: some improvement regarding real time functionality, but the ticket purchasing system is still a massive headache. For this I recommend using an automatic distributor or booth.
