This scientifically validated tool was developed by Motmans & Partners to map the engagement/involvement of employees of (family) businesses. The questions in this tool not only measure the level of involvement, but also its determinants or causes. For example, the perception of the job itself, the manager(s) and the organization will be surveyed.
This “all-in” approach gives the employee the opportunity to - anonymously - share his/her opinions in a structured way, while the employer gets a clear picture of the state of affairs with regard to employee involvement. In addition, the tool has been constructed in such a way that a measurement is carried out several times a year, so that the experience of employees can be continuously monitored. In this way, the trump cards of the organization are mapped out and any work points can be tackled immediately. The data collection and processing is of course completely confidential.
