About this app

Quickstage, in collaboration with various schools and training providers, has grown into a unique application for the online management of internships and workplace learning.

This is a selection of the possibilities of Quickstage:

- you import all your data (student data, teachers, ...) via an Excel file (csv) from Wisa, Informat or other school systems;

- through the extensive rights system you decide who is allowed to do which actions;

- supervisors and students have access to the system;

- you can share documents with the companies;

- mentors can complete online assessments (they are invited by e-mail and can click on a link there);

- you can use your own Word documents as a template for agreements, workstation sheets, risk analyses, etc., but there are also many examples available;

- management of workstations, working hours, risk analyzes and workstation sheets per company;

- agenda for students and supervisors, with absences, hours worked, catch-up days ...;

- reports are entered by the students (can be mandatory per day or eg every Friday) and the supervisor gives feedback or approves the reports;

- planning internship visits;

- expense reports (internship-related or other);

- check whether all legal documents are in order;

- Edison export (mission file) and health surveillance reporting;

- ...
