R u having trouble opening files. . Change the .inf or .extension letters on the file to extension your device can open .txt or .pdf.... do your work and then change the file extension to it's original extension. You are now ready to hack files. Good day my fellow file hacker's.

gived it a fivestar because, why not ? its good as it is. but i kinda wished that it could open a file read its content and encrypt it or decrypt in base64 if i wanted to. but its all good.

It does simply and interactively what a base64 decoder/encoder should do. No more. No less. It has : no BS, no network for calling-home, no ads, no nagscreens, no popups, no permissions, no registration. It has a simple (non-simplistic) functional interface. It is Freeware.
