Worst app ever . The one before was half decent but this new updated one is abhorrent. It never keeps me logged in and every single time I have to go through so many security procedures it takes forever to log in this is absurd!!!! insert password , go over ticking on pictures to prove you are not robot and also a sms message with a code??? Make it more user friendly ! this is seriously annoying, I am considering switching providers because of the app alone

Literally nothing has been working since I got this app 2 months ago, and customer service is either not available or not willing to help. According to the app, I'm not even a customer, and unlike other 1 star reviews here, it also doesn't solve the issue when logging out and in again. Completely pointless and puzzling that an Internet company would be unable to fix this, since it has been an issue for at least a year so it seems.. Would give less than 1 star if possible.
