Ratings and reviews

Literally nothing has been working since I got this app 2 months ago, and customer service is either not available or not willing to help. According to the app, I'm not even a customer, and unlike other 1 star reviews here, it also doesn't solve the issue when logging out and in again. Completely pointless and puzzling that an Internet company would be unable to fix this, since it has been an issue for at least a year so it seems.. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

I like the interface a lot more than the previous app. However it is very buggy. You will have to logout and login each time it gives an error to show info. And two-step verification code for every single login is also somewhat unnecessary.

Keep telling me "oops something went wrong...." I clear all the data, login again. It works 1 time, then I encounter the same problem over and over again. It is now going on for several weeks! Support please address this issue!
