How does it work?
The SNDQ platform requires a single-time entry of all properties you manage, including their tenants and owners. Then, the software will automatically execute all work that used to take you hours. For example, sending reminders for due rent, following up the problem reports from tenants per lot, executing recurring tasks and even sending registered letters.

The key features:
- Unique platforms per user: SNDQ offers custom software for stewards, landlords, tenants and syndicators (bèta).
- All-in-one inbox: Link the inbox to your mail, WhatsApp and phone to manage all communications in a central space.
- Custom messages: Quickly send a custom message to tenants in case of due rent with our preset templates.
- Follow up of maintenance: Check all open problem reports from tenants and recurring tasks in a clear overview.
- Analysis per lot and building: Indicate which metrics are most important to you, create analyses per lot, compare them and tackle issues in time.
- Automatic calculation of indexation: Calculate the indexation per lease automatically and let SNDQ send the emails and/or letters to your tenants.
- Continuous synchronization: Everything you do in the app, is instantly synchronized on your pc and vice-versa.

Pricing:
