About this app

INR Diary has already helped more than 10,000 patients to correctly monitor their anticoagulant treatment.

Enter the daily dose of your blood thinner for a specific period. You can add doses day by day or according to a repeating dosing schedule.

All VKAs (vitamin K antagonists) are supported: Warfarin, Coumadin, Jantoven, Marevan, Marcoumar, Sintrom, Mini-Sintrom, Sintrom Mitis, Falithrom, Phenpro, Préviscan, Aldocumar, etc. Depending on the type of blood thinner, doses are entered in number of tablets/pills or in milligrams.

Never forget to take your anticoagulant medication again! The app reminds you of your dose every day at a time you set yourself. Click on your daily dose to confirm that you have taken it. The time of each confirmation is stored in the app.

View the evolution of your INR. The app allows you to enter your INR measurements and presents a graphical overview where you can follow the evolution of your doses and INR over time. If desired, add a comment to any measurements that deviate from your therapeutic range, for example if you have eaten too much vitamin K or were ill. The app also reminds you of your next injection date.

Effortlessly share doses and INR measurements with your Anticoagulation Clinic (INR Clinic, Coumadin Clinic, Warfarin Clinic) or therapist via a customizable and clear PDF report. Easily import your existing archive of doses and INR measurements into the app. Export data as a backup or to transfer it to another device.

A good app that does exactly what you need. my only issues are the swipe to delete needs to be removed/changed, the amount of times I've accidentally deleted my doses and had to re-enter them is annoying. also the reminder to take your dose doesn't work.

I've used this app for several years. It's been an invaluable tool in keeping track of my INR for my doctor. I REALLY appreciate the quick response from the developer when there is an issue. I HIGHLY recommend this app for INR tracking.

Hello Jeff. Please check out the latest version 2.3.3 of the app. There was indeed a problem with data export which is now resolved. Thank you for updating your review score if all is well now :-) Greetings.

it is impossible to update future dosages, which change weekly. Also, app maker refuses to respond to support requests Developer finally responded and resolved the issue.

Hi Mark. I have sent you a reply on July 8 with instructions how to change the dosage scheme. This should resolve the problem. Can you please reconsider your score? Thanks!
