I want a refund! I paid for the NO ADS package but ads are still popping up here and there. Ads before the start of the song and another ads after the song. There is no difference between paid and free. I feel like I'm being scammed.

Thanks for your feedback! Please check if the ADS ACCESS button shows "Subscribed". If not, the purchase may have failed. Note that this does not cover rewarded videos. Also, a bug in versions before v1.12.0 that could show ads when returning from background has been fixed.

I purchased "Ads Access" because of the annoying ads, but I am still getting ads in between songs. It's a complete waste of money. I should get a refund. Reply: Yes, I am already subscribed to ADS ACCESS. I am still getting ads in between songs.

Thanks for your feedback! Can we just check — have you already subscribed to VIP ACCESS or ADS ACCESS on your account? If so, then your subscription is active. ADS ACCESS only blocks auto-popup interstitial ads. As for rewarded video ads, they'll still show up if you tap on them yourself.

beats are accurate with bases sound. love it but its quite stressful because its heavy on ads. you cant enjoy it will cause eveything has ads. you lose your momentum once that ads pops up and you need to wait evry 30secs to start and another 30secs to finish just to re try a song .damn
