TINGANGA EXPRESS aims to resolve unfortunate situations plaguing the Congolese population in general and the Kinshasa population in particular. This approach involves the availability of Business Agents (BAs) ready to facilitate services and even obtain the desired goods in record time, and above all, in a professional and secure manner.

There will be 24 Municipal Coordinators (MCs) representing the respective municipalities of Kinshasa. Each of them will manage 10 Business Agents in their constituencies, with the logical consequence that these Business Agents (BAs) will be deployed in the field to serve those requesting our services, under the supervision of the MCs.

It will be the turn of the Data Analysts (DAs) who will be able to guide the call center agents on how to identify the MCs and resolve likely disputes between the BAs and customers.
CCs and ABs must not only be available, reachable, honest, wise, in good health, but also and above all intellectual.
