WIMA – Where Is My Car

This app is the free, mobile front end of the WIMA ERP system for towing companies. Free use requires a valid WIMA license.

The professional solution for towing companies. WIMA digitizes your entire order processing – from on-site recording to invoicing. As a web application, WIMA runs on smartphones, tablets, and desktops – without any installation.

On-site order recording: Your drivers record new orders directly at the scene. Structured photo documentation guides you through all the important shots: vehicle front view, license plate, surroundings, no-entry signs, and pre-existing damage. All photos are automatically geotagged and time-stamped.

Automatic document creation: WIMA automatically creates and sends the following via email or fax:

Notification to the responsible authority
Order confirmation to the client
Invoices for the client and the responsible party
Location transmission to the responsible party after payment

Order management: Keep track of all orders – open, in progress, or completed. Manage clients, vehicles, locations, and price lists centrally in one place.

Field Service Management: Efficiently coordinate your drivers. Orders are assigned directly, and their status is always visible. Your drivers have everything they need on-site: loading, unloading, and damage reporting.

Billing: Transparent commission statements and easy data export for your accounting.

Integration with woistmeinauto.de: WIMA is directly connected to the woistmeinauto.de platform. Drivers can locate your vehicle and pay for it there 24/7 – in more than 20 languages. You reduce your administrative workload and accelerate payment processing.

Interfaces: In addition to manual data entry, WIMA offers a REST API for electronic integration with your existing systems.
