Awful app. Every couple of days you have to sign in again and again. Thank you Billa, it's vary handy and convenient, when you are at the cashier and need your Billa card to open the app and it requires to sign in AGAIN! Are you aiming to have long queues?

I am trying to register for the 5th time - it still does not provide me with an activation code automatically (as the cashiers in your stores tell me) and redirects me to a paid call center. Judging by the rest of the reviews, the in-app experience is not stellar either. Lidl Plus does not have any issues, so take notes from the competition how to digitalize your business. The basic discounts at the cash points are good enough - I hope they don't get cancelled before you fix the app experience.
