Claims for CASCO and PROPERTY online - fast and easy

∙ The application was developed for the customers of Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group and is completely free;
∙ Filing a CASCO and PROPERTY claim quickly and easily, through your smartphone, in just a few minutes;

Casco damage that you can register through Bulstrad Ready:
damage to glass, mirrors and standard lighting fixtures;
damage to the external main body parts (bumpers, mudguards, doors, covers, sills and roof) which are superficial in nature such as scratches and dents;
damage caused as a result of a natural disaster;
damage caused as a result of a road accident for which a road accident report has been drawn up, or a two-sided road accident report.
Casco claims that you should register at a Bulstrad insurance claims centre:
damage that occurred as a result of a traffic accident and led to the immobilization of the motor vehicle;
damages incurred as a result of realized risks "Theft", "Fire" and "Explosion";
damage where more than four parts are damaged.

How Bulstrad Ready works
You can register after downloading the application or on the Bulstrad website at https://www.bulstrad.bg/login. After confirming your registration and logging into Bulstrad Ready, you have the opportunity in a few easy steps to file a claim on your Casco or Property insurance without having to visit a BULSTRAD customer center.
Legal information
Filing a claim online has the same legal effect as filing it the usual way.
Bulstrad Ready is an online platform of ZEAD "BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP" and operates in accordance with the Company's privacy and personal data protection rules.
