For that purpose we are looking for 12 000 volunteers - as many as the polling stations in Bulgaria are. They should be present during the ballot counting on election day, so they can ensure that every vote is properly counted and correctly entered in the protocols.
In the electoral law these volunteers are called scrutineers (or poll watchers). They have the right to receive a copy of the protocol from the polling station, which can be uploaded to “Ti broish”. This platform aims to collect every polling station protocol, in order for a parallel ballot count to be carried out.
