Ratings and reviews

Terrible performance lately. Several instances of duplicated payments, or cases where I paid a utility bill on the supplier platform and it comes up in ePay on the next day. Lately I just use it to get centralized notifications when a new bill is issued and then go pay it on the vendor platform. The design would be OK in 2010 - not in 2025.

I have no idea how the heck you guys do your QA there but lately, this app sucks big time. I had to discontinue a card, then to link another one. I did all that on my desktop. Now if I log in from a desktop, my new card is there. If I do the same on the Android app, it won't show up. If you happen to use Dpass, you are screwed up by default because you need a workaround to fire the whole thing up. It takes ages to set something that should be taking a couple minutes instead.

This app requires a one time code to activate but nowhere can I find where to get one. My eBay.bg site states one time password dpass but again nowhere to request it initiate the same. So I am locked out to just make a simple payment using this service. Roundxandcround nonsense. And now trying to send a review there is no button to send! Ah, think I found it 'Post' at top
