Ratings and reviews

My experience with this app is that it never works when I need it, it works only when there is automated marketing camoaign to send the push notification and even then it is ups something went wrong... I think as mobile services provider Yettel should step up their game and fix the app as it is directly linked to the product. Your customers rely on that.

Extremely not reliable! Every time I try to use this app it's a gamble whether it will work. I usually can't log in due to "Service currently not available", "Oops, your session has expired" then I try to log in again and I get the same result. Not to mention It's extremely annoying to manually add your details every time you try to login. I'll rate two stars simply because sometimes I manage to pay my bill in it...instead of going to the office where the staff always try to sell me something😑

Slow and unreliable. This is the first time I write a review of any sorts, however this app has me so infuriated that I just have to say something. The way it processes payments is sooooo slow. This month it took me 4 atempts in order to successfully register any payment. And it is not the first time. It also very frequently shows messages along the lines of "oops, something went wrong" and all functionality disappears.
