The My Vivacom mobile application has a modern and clean interface that makes using the application intuitive and pleasant, and facilitates the management of mobile, internet and TV services:
- All services are now sorted by contract and invoice – so you can easily find what you are looking for. You can see the latest invoice immediately, with direct access to the payment page.
- Service management according to your needs – activation of roaming and additional packages, EON profile settings, devices, equipment and internet;
- Faster access to important information, such as mobile consumption and other main sections;
- Personalized offers completely online;
- Expanded support section for even faster assistance.

The My Vivacom mobile application is available to all Vivacom Bulgaria customers – with a postpaid, prepaid or business plan. It can be used with a mobile number or by registering with an email address.

The application is absolutely terrible, I have logged in and after I opened the application later on, it does show only white loading screen and nothing else. The services are not better either. for the last 48 hours at least I have been experiencing lag and disconnection issues every 5-10 min. I am working from home and it is pretty much impossible to do anything at all. Paying for a service you cannot use. When I contacted their support, they told me that it's most likely to be fixed tomorrow.

Zero stars if I could. A terrible app that only matches Vivacom's customer service. It does not allow the phone to remember the password so I have to type it every time (or copy-paste from a file). Last time it said my password had expired and I needed to provide a new one - then I couldn't login anymore, nor could I reset it as a forgotten password. The only solution was customer service deleting my account and I register anew. Are you drunk, Vivacom?

Pathetic app. I have a prepaid plan and the app used to be a good way to top it up. However, the home page where "My subscriptions" are, used to display .... my subscriptions. Now, no matter what I do, I get a grey box instead of the subscriptions frame. Restarting, uninstalling, deleting data, nothing works. Good thing is the web app still works, but who knows, maybe soon that will start failing.
