Take control of your services, have easy and quick access to used and remaining minutes and MB in your mobile plan, view and pay your bills online, recharge your prepaid card, add minutes and MB, activate roaming.

Sign in with your VIVACOM mobile number or enter an email and password. If you sign up for the first time, you will receive a confirmation SMS. On the Home screen, you'll see the current status for the mobile service you're using. Check remaining minutes, MB or SMS any time. You can activate and deactivate a roaming service and add more minutes, MB and SMS to your mobile plan. You have access to a list of all your services.
No more overdue bills! The application informs you in time. You can pay with a few clicks. You have an archive of your accounts and quick access to invoice downloads.

The application is suitable for all VIVACOM customers.

The application is absolutely terrible, I have logged in and after I opened the application later on, it does show only white loading screen and nothing else. The services are not better either. for the last 48 hours at least I have been experiencing lag and disconnection issues every 5-10 min. I am working from home and it is pretty much impossible to do anything at all. Paying for a service you cannot use. When I contacted their support, they told me that it's most likely to be fixed tomorrow.

For some reason Vivacom have decided to make it impossible to activate the app on a new phone. Even Customer Support don't know how to make it work. You are sent a long character string by SMS and told to enter it in the app but it is rejected. I've tried every variant of the string but to no avail. CS say to input the first 6 characters (nowhere does it say this in the app or the SMS), but no use. I must congratulate Vivacom on the effectiveness of this new Customer Prevention system.

Always problems with this vivacom app , always ! You can not rely on it , not for recharging or for activating monthly plan . Always coming messages saying that it's not possible at the moment or try later or some other stupid thing .and it's like this from months . I can not believe that such a big national telecom Provider can not find employees to maintain simple app . Better to close it for good if they can not manage it.
