The Apocryphal books are usually grouped in with the Old Testament, both for thematic and chronological reasons.

The Apocrypha generally consists of 14 booklets of which 1 and 2 Maccabees and 1 Esdras are the main documents and form the bulk of the apocryphal writings. First Maccabees is an historical account of the struggle of the Maccabee family and their followers for Jewish independence. Second Maccabees covers the same ground but dramatizes the accounts and makes moral and doctrinal observations. Other books are Tobit, Judith, Baruch, Ecclesiasticus, and The Wisdom of Solomon.

Please bring this design back! You've changed the appearance of the Bible apps, but the same design is still inside. It doesn't look as clean & organized on my phone screens as it once did. Everyone loves everything about these Bible apps & you took it away from us. Bring it back!

No search query to find chapters , only catalogue, no way to share what you've read to others. I don't get these app on Google play, they're never perfect that is for sure. uninstalling this one. This is a nightmare

The app is just as perfect as one would want it to be. No ads that disturb you while reading, and remembers where exactly you left it. However, it needs to have a feature which enables you to simply copy (a) verse(s) and share. I give it 7 out of 5, though.
