Stay safe

- Unlock your bike and start your ride with a simple tap in the app. You’re the only one who can turn it on. Activate Auto Unlock for an effortless start. As you approach, the bike senses your connection and comes alive.
- Whether near or far, you'll be able to locate your bike at all times with GPS tracking. Use Find My Bike to follow the signal and pinpoint its exact location.
- [Theft Insurance exclusive] If someone attempts to snatch your bike, we'll proactively notify you right away.
- With Crash Detection, if the bike detects that you're ever in an accident we'll check in to make sure you're alright. If not, we'll automatically alert your emergency contacts and share your live position.

You’ll never ride alone

- Need a maintenance? Subscribe to Cowboy Care and book an unlimited number of service appointments in the app. We'll come right to your door and give your bike a full check-up.
- The Cowboy team is available to chat with you in-app for any bike or tech question you have along your ride.
- If your bike requires an update, the app will alert you automatically and guide you through every step.

Ratings and reviews

It works as it's supposed to, the main purpose is to unlock your bike and it unlocks, but it's also surprisingly good when you have to find your bike when someone have stolen it, when in proximity the app works like an artva and you can localize it even if it's hidden under a pile of wood (as it happened to me); navigation is not so perfect but it's secondary for me, I always use google maps; in any case, you can hardly find a better companion app of any other producer

I can't scan the QR code to setup an account, probably as the QR label is faded & worn. (Why on Earth you site the QR sticker under the bikes bottom bracket where it is subject to all the road crud and debris is utter stupidity). I don't have the manual to scan the QR code from there. There is no way on the app to manually enter the QR label written number, so you can't do anything, and you can't go any further. Absolutely useless. The so-called 'support' from Cowboy is atrocious.

Every time there's an update available, the bike refuses to auto-connect. The app is also fairly slow to load, although that's more the fault of my old phone. The combination of these things means that whenever there's an update pending, I have to manually open the app, wait for loading, and finally unlock the bike. Not a huge problem, but a bit tedious. Everything else works fine
