Stay safe

- Unlock your bike and start your ride with a simple tap in the app. You’re the only one who can turn it on. Activate Auto Unlock for an effortless start. As you approach, the bike senses your connection and comes alive.
- Whether near or far, you'll be able to locate your bike at all times with GPS tracking. Use Find My Bike to follow the signal and pinpoint its exact location.
- [Theft Insurance exclusive] If someone attempts to snatch your bike, we'll proactively notify you right away.
- With Crash Detection, if the bike detects that you're ever in an accident we'll check in to make sure you're alright. If not, we'll automatically alert your emergency contacts and share your live position.

You’ll never ride alone

- Need a maintenance? Subscribe to Cowboy Care and book an unlimited number of service appointments in the app. We'll come right to your door and give your bike a full check-up.
- The Cowboy team is available to chat with you in-app for any bike or tech question you have along your ride.
- If your bike requires an update, the app will alert you automatically and guide you through every step.

Ratings and reviews

The app and the ease of use are great. I have only one issue with it which is battery optimization. Riding anything above 10k has a substantial impact on the battery around 25-35%. I don't remember if it was like this before. I hope the dev team will try to optimize it the best possible way.

I keep having to change my preferred units back to miles, I need to clear the cache constantly. I have Cowboy Connect, but the app doesn't recognise that, so it keeps telling me where to buy connect, but still allows me to use some of the features. Sometimes, the motor will turn on, but it won't track my speed. Google Maps is terrible, yet that's the only navigation option in the app. For a bike that requires the app in order to function properly, the app should be better.

App doesn't open anymore, keeps crashing and I can't use the bike. Thanks for the answer, I wish there would be more automated tests on such release as I got stuck outside a shop, under the rain and wasn't able to get home in time to help with my kids bedtime... Those changes have real customer impact
