OPS Ready is a mobile application that connects to your SGO and provides useful and controlled information facilitating the daily operational commitment of firefighters.
OPS Ready gives users real-time operational indications to reduce unforeseen events related to departures for intervention, depending on the users and their privilege levels.
OPS Ready provides firefighters and the command line with information allowing them to anticipate the availability, fatigue and time requirements of operational resources.
OPS Ready also complements the classic alert channel of the emergency service without replacing it, automates the distribution of operational information and reduces the workload of the agents responsible for processing calls and the operational staff engaged in intervention.
Your SDIS keeps control of OPS Ready: the application allows fine management of privileges and users. Your administrators only deploy the features you want, according to your data governance policy.
