Unfortunately, there is currently an issue with the steps counter in the mobile application for Android devices. This problem originates from the Play Store, and we are actively working to resolve it. Is it true

First of all your app keeps crashing!! Second how could you ask us to see covid test results in your app while the app isn't working!!! You left people stressing while you could share the results via whatsapp as u did before!!! How about fixing the workflow and issues in ur app then ask people to use!

It is the worst application ever, The I.T team doesn't know how to fix it! Old school Labs who still send the results via WhatsApp are much more efficient, Biolab app is bad and they don't want to admit, imagine that my patients tell me the results before I know!
