Rain Radar & Weather App provides accurate real-time forecasts and meteorological data for Israel, the Middle East, and Europe.

The app features a rain radar based on data from the Israeli Meteorological Service (IMS), with an enhanced display offering exceptional accuracy. It also detects rain cloud movement with arrows indicating the direction of cloud progression – a unique feature of the app.

The app is based on over 200 professional weather stations from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Israeli Meteorological Service, the Water Authority and private stations deployed across the country. Temperature, wind, humidity and rainfall data are not model estimates – they are real measurements from ground stations, some of which are exclusive to the app.

Regional forecast models:
The app provides access to advanced regional models such as ICON, COSMO, WRF and ICON-EU, among the most accurate models for forecasting weather in our region. These models display a wide range of parameters including temperature, humidity and precipitation across atmospheric layers – from the surface up to the 500 mb level.

It suddenly stopped working. Only shows Jerusalem. Reinstalled a few times, but nothing changes. P.S. It seems that I have overcome the bug. The list of previous locations in "Search" doesn't work anymore. Restored to 4 stars (instead of usual 5 and 1 for an hour). I loved it for many years. Thank you for your response! The problem started after I searched for Nir Oz. Its presence in the list of previous locations seems to spoil the choice performance. Some strange bug.

16.11.22 - The app takes a lot of time to load every time it's opened. Besides that's it's great! 12.03.21 - The app is intuitive, operating smoothly and had many good features. But the temperatures that are shown are incorrect mostly by a big gap. Also since you've added more details to the precipitation menu, the new message pops up again every time, regardless of redismissing it.

I have been using this app for over four years now, and it's continued to improve, so remaining far and away the standout Israeli weather app. Its default rain radar, for instance, appears on a map that enables zoom to the street level, enabling a very precise understanding of the weather pattern current in your neighbourhood. The forum is also excellent. Many thanks to the developers!
