About this app

Turn your phone into a dash cam that never misses the moment. Dash Cam Pro records the road in a loop and, when the G-sensor detects an impact, saves the footage before and after. It keeps recording with the screen off or while you navigate, and burns the date and GPS speed into the video.

MAIN FEATURES

■ Loop recording
Records 1, 3, 5 or 10-minute files and deletes the oldest once your limit (1–64 GB) is reached, leaving at least 1 GB free.

■ Automatic save on impact
When the G-sensor detects a shock, 15 seconds before and after are saved as one clip. Pick low, medium or high sensitivity; "Adapt to rough roads" prevents false saves on bumpy roads.

■ One-tap manual save
Tap Save on the recording screen, on Home or in the notification. Clips are cut without re-encoding (no quality loss) and copied to the gallery, where they stay even if you uninstall.

■ Screen-off and background recording
Keeps recording with the screen off or with navigation or music apps in front. The notification has Save and Stop buttons.

■ Built not to stop
If recording stalls, it restarts by itself, even after another app used the camera. On a hot dashboard, quality steps down (bitrate, 720p, 480p) instead of stopping. A power cut loses at most the last file.

■ Date and GPS speed on the video
Date, time and speed (km/h or mph) are written into the video file, so they stay when you share it. Speed shows only with good GPS accuracy: 0 when stopped, "--" in tunnels.

■ Player and files
Impact markers on the seek bar and a speed graph take you to the moment; open the spot in your maps app. Protect files from auto-deletion, save to gallery or share, and record to an SD card.

■ Auto-start and trips
Start when the app opens or charging begins, and stop 20 seconds after charging ends. Each drive is logged as a trip with distance, time and top speed.

■ Also included
Widget and Quick Settings tile, up to 1080p Full HD, rear or front camera, audio on/off, dark theme, 40 languages and a Status check.

HOW TO USE
1. Mount the phone with a clear view ahead.
2. Plug in and tap Record, or let charging start it.
3. Navigate or turn the screen off. Impacts are saved automatically.
4. Tap Stop and find clips in the Videos tab.

PRIVACY
Videos and location data are stored on your device and are not sent to external servers. No account is needed. Footage leaves your phone only when you share or export it.

NOTES
• Expect a 1–2 second gap between files.
• Only one app can use the camera at a time.
• Battery optimization may stop recording; check it in Status check.
• Uninstalling deletes in-app recordings; save clips to the gallery.
• Mount the phone securely and do not operate it while driving.
