About this app

Shift Planner Pro puts your shift calendar, time clock and pay calculator in one app, made for part-time, hourly and shift workers and anyone with more than one job. Pick a shift type, tap the dates, and your schedule is done. Clock in with one tap and the app works out your hours and pay, with late-night and overtime premiums.

No account and no sign-in. Everything stays on this device, and clocking in and pay calculations work offline.

KEY FEATURES

■ Fill your shift calendar with taps
Choose a shift type such as Early, Late or Night as a stamp, then tap dates to add shifts. Tap again to remove it, use the eraser or undo. Days off and paid leave work the same way. Each month shows days worked, hours and estimated pay.

■ Repeat patterns and copy a week
Save a rotation like Day, Day, Night, Off and fill any date range at once. Or copy this week to the next few weeks.

■ One-tap time clock
Clock in, take a break and clock out from the app, the home screen widget, a Quick Settings tile, the notification or app shortcuts. While on shift, see elapsed time and pay so far. Undo a clock-in, fix times later, and see if you were late, left early or stayed longer.

■ Automatic pay calculation
Hourly, daily or monthly pay, with rate changes from a chosen date. Late-night premiums, daily overtime, weekly overtime over 40 hours, an extra premium over 60 hours a month and extra pay on chosen weekdays are stacked correctly. Round clock times in 5, 10, 15 or 30-minute steps and choose the direction.

■ Breaks, commute, allowances and deductions
Log breaks or use a scheduled break. Optionally deduct 45 minutes for shifts over 6 hours and 60 minutes over 8 hours when no break is recorded. Add commute costs per day or month, monthly allowances and fixed deductions to see an after-deductions estimate.

■ Pay by pay period
Set a closing day and payday for each workplace, and pay is grouped the way your pay slip is. See the breakdown, day-by-day details, and what is confirmed versus still to come.

■ Yearly income and your limit
Yearly income is counted by payday. Set an income limit to see how much more you can earn this year, with commute included or excluded, plus a 12-month chart.

■ Any number of workplaces
Each job keeps its own rate, closing day, payday and premiums. Archive old jobs and keep their history.

■ Alerts that stop you forgetting
Alerts before a shift (with a Clock in button), forgot-to-clock-in and clock-out alerts, an on-shift notification and a payday alert.

■ Share and export
Send your schedule as text or an image. Export to CSV, or to Google Calendar as a .ics file.

■ Backup and more
Back up shifts, reports, photos and settings to one ZIP file and restore by replacing or adding. Try it with sample data, and pick light or dark.

Report templates per workplace, with six built-in sets: Standard, Store, Care, Factory, Sales and Simple. Use text, number and check fields, tap saved phrases, rate your day, copy from the last report, see missed days and search.

Make weekly or monthly summaries with number totals and average ratings. Send reports as text or PDF and add up to 6 photos each.

■ Charts and planning
Monthly pay trend, hours by workplace and time of day, and average hourly pay. See hours and shifts left until your limit, when you will reach it, alerts at 90% and 100%, and a monthly target.

■ Timesheet PDF and extras
A timesheet PDF with dates, times, breaks, hours and pay; a next shift and pay widget; color themes; and app lock with fingerprint, face or screen lock.
