I cannot link to email or create new account. TDRA sent me link to review DU response to my complaint . I opened the link and it didnt work nothing shows up. Therefore i downloaded the up the does not work at the first place.

Great service ! TRA is one of the best government agencies you can find here in UAE. They profoundly look for justice to the customers which are denied by the scam telecom operators especially Du. TRA would make sure that customer rights are always protected. Hope that TRA services keeps up the quality and doesn't get biased to these telecom operators.
