I have tried multiple times to log in using UAE PASS, but the app is not allowing me to create an account or sign in. I have updated both the TDRA app and UAE PASS, but the issue persists. Please fix this problem as soon as possible, as it is causing inconvenience. Looking forward to an update that resolves this login issue.

Such a excellent service. Don't have word to explain the experience with TDRA. Truly caring department on customer rights. Very supportive & taking feedback untill issue is resolved by service provider.

I wanted to register a complaint against Du, I downloaded the app but unable to register or link account with UAE pass. When Tey to link with UAE pass, I was not getting OTP, tried many times. When tried to create new account, the app doesn't go to next level even after pressing on continue button. Such a waste of time.

We are sorry that you faced an issue, it seems that you do not have an account in TDRA in order to link it, please try to select the option "Create an account" instead of linking the account.
