I wanted to register a complaint against Du, I downloaded the app but unable to register or link account with UAE pass. When Tey to link with UAE pass, I was not getting OTP, tried many times. When tried to create new account, the app doesn't go to next level even after pressing on continue button. Such a waste of time.

I am trying to launch a complaint against du, as it has blocked family's visitor sim long before 30 day. And their claim is the sim block with no reason and cannot be activated. What a waste of time, money and contacts 😤 The visitor sim is supposed to be remain active as long as it is in use or the visa is valid or at least 90 days Now how can I complaint about it
