Ratings and reviews

the app downloads in French and I cannot find a way to change it to English. I tried to reach out to customer service and all the prompts are in French also. Super frustrating. Maybe there is an obvious way to change languages, but I don't see it.

It simply does not work. You may make a reservation and the ticket does not show up in the app. Use the official channels to book museums, I just spent 79 euro and couldn't use them anywhere

The public transportation is outdated, still recommends "carnets"!
