the app downloads in French and I cannot find a way to change it to English. I tried to reach out to customer service and all the prompts are in French also. Super frustrating. Maybe there is an obvious way to change languages, but I don't see it.

Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que l’application n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.
A l’heure actuelle, elle est uniquement disponible en français mais nous vous confirmons qu’elle sera très prochainement disponible en anglais.
Nous espérons que vous avez tout de même passé un agréable séjour à Paris!

It simply does not work. You may make a reservation and the ticket does not show up in the app. Use the official channels to book museums, I just spent 79 euro and couldn't use them anywhere

Takes 24 hours to book tickets to Eiffel and Louvre after purchasing the pass. The website is buggy. The "send" button is not visible in the mobile website.
