Always have error with checking in, checking out or even upload receipt for claims. This has been going for 1 year and there's still no changes.

Location problem, can't seem to change when misclicked the wrong location or go back to the previous page and camera is so slow, I clicked multiple times then can. And payboy immediately put me at a random outlet that is quite far when I clicked the correct outlet at the start and marked me as not in the right location when I'm clearly am. The app is just so bad I don't get why the boss still uses it

Terrible apps! Only if I can rate ZERO! Spent over 5 mins to check in cannot detect location when GPS is on. Always need to re-login! I guess vendor couldn't even be bothered about so many bad feedbacks. Disgusting
